My name is Cody Hicks. I'm currently a sophomore in high school. I started to design t-shirts and clothes for fun, but when I saw people's reactions to my designs, I decided to pursue my dream and start a clothing line.

The name of the line is Chicks and was established in the summer of 2009. Now it might be simple, but the name of the line comes from the first letter of my first name, Cody, and my last name, Hicks, put together. When I decided that I was going to start a clothing line, I had no idea what the name would be. Then, one day, I was sitting in my room and lying next to me was my P.E. shirt. On our P.E. uniforms, they had our first initial on it followed by our last name. I saw my name "C.HICKS" and it hit me: the name of my clothing line would be Chicks Clothing.
